Who We Are

Operation Stars & Stripes, Inc. is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting America’s military and their families at home and abroad.  Our organization operates solely by donated items and monies, as well as funds collected by fundraisers we conduct.All proceeds go directly to support our brave heroes who sacrifice their lives, so that we may live freely. We rely on monetary donations, donations of supplies and volunteers. Many schools, churches, and civic clubs raise money and supplies through their community service projects and “Cents for Soldiers” competitions.

We seek to accomplish our mission by providing troops with requested letters and/or packages for the duration of their deployment.  We also provide support for platoons, companies, and units upon request.   Operation Stars & Stripes, Inc. works to support the families of deployed service members through various programs, as well.

Our organization was founded in memory of Major George Thompson in May of 2001 and to date over 20,000 packages have been sent to our deployed troops.
